As I understand the situation, grey market units are only a problem in the US, where Kubota has some kind of 'restraining order' against the import of such units, and where they use some kind of persuasion on their dealers to avoid these units.
There is no such situation here, and the local dealer is quite happy to sell me parts. In fact, he has a B7001 parts manual at the counter. I have seen grey market units at both Ritchie Brothers and Paton auctions.
An ad for 'Kubota B7001' would be just fine. I expect it will go in a few days. Check the Vancouver Craigslist for pricing. If any buyer is concerned about the grey market situation, have them read the articles here.
