Is there any way to add intermittent delay to the windshield wipers on a cab tractor? I’m sure it’s been talked about on here before. I searched several different ways and could not find anything though.

look up 'intermittent wiper module' or similar wording, amazon has dozens,$20 and up... ..you might get lucky and find a 'relay' that plugs into your tractors 'fuse panel'.

I made my own that would plug in-line with the existing wiring harness but it's only bench tested for now. The enclosure will sit under the cowl in the space next to the wiper motor and the remote potentiometer will be mounted in the dash near the hazard lights push button.
The board is this one except I removed one of the board mounted pots for the remote one and the other board mounted pot for one with lower resistance to give me better control of the off timing.

There's an automotive intermittent wiper module available online. Fully sealed and dashboard ready not an exposed circuit board. Amazon has them in Canada but the shipping costs as much as the module. I'll look it up later on my PC and post a part number. I have it for my front wiper and want one for my rear window wiper.
I made an intermittent wiper circuit using NE555. That must have been 40 years ago!
