intake manifold--gasket sealer?

I took the intake manifold off of my B7100 to put the glow plugs back in.
Does the gaskets go back on dry or should I use some gasket sealer? If it needs gasket sealer what kind is the best to use with the alum. manifold???

I don't put sealer on intake gaskets but I know many mechanics do. If I was to use anything I think it would be silicon. but very little!
