Plenty of shops about and ebay suppliers who exchange or rebuild or sell refurbished units who may be able to do it. What's wrong with yours, have you pulled the pump, broken springs, checked your injectors?
If you don't have a local injection repair shop you might give these folks a call. You may find a new IP at less the half the cost of new from dealer. Their excellent with price, delivery and service. https://oregonfuelinjection.com/
We have done a fair amount of business with Oregon Fuel, referenced above. Not a single thing to say about them that is not positive.
Of course, I was not aware that NIW did injector pump repairs until I read this thread. If it were me, I would see if he were an option first.

If you were in Michigan, Diesel Equipment in Potterville rebuilds pumps and injectors. We have had several pumps rebuilt by them, always impressed how it brings an old motor back to life.
