I’ve got a Kybota L4600, it will work fine in low range, but has zero power in high. When bleeding the fuel system we attempted to open the line at the injection pump, and found out the hard way that the housing on this side of the fuel line adjust the fuel delivery, now it seems that #4 is not getting enough fuel, and adjusting the housing has zero effect, I think something got damaged on the internal end of the housing. Can the housing be changed or do I need a new injection pump?

At worst case, if the pump is damaged, take it to a fuel injection repair shop to get rebuilt. Way cheaper than shelling out for a new pump.

I assume you mean the line on top of the pump on the left end in the picture. There is a fuel delivery valve underneath that large nut. If that large nut rotated then the setting will be incorrect.

since you have been having trouble with power I would recommend you get the pump off and rebuilt by a professional repair shop like Oregon fuel injection . You might be able to locate a local shop that does that repair.

Ditto on pulling it and getting it rebuilt.
When you pull the pump, remove and save all shims under the pump (look very carefully as they are thin), and save them as that is the timing and even with a rebuilt pump that shim count never changes.

Correct on assessment, is the the pump fairly straightforward on removal, I believe there are 4 nuts on the top, remove lines from bleeder and it slides out?

Yes, very easy, there is a notch that the rack pin must fit through to remove it.
