Hey guys...when using your quick hitch - do you use bushings on you implements pins on just hook up to the pins themselves??

I bought several implements - tiller, box blade, grade scraper, bush hog - and thought it would be nice to have a set of bushings for each - so I bought right length for each implement - put them all on - only to find out when I backed my Quick Hitch 15 on my L4060 up to the implements - the bushings were too fat and couldnt lock dock the levers on the Quick Hitch --- so I'm thinking just back to the standard pins - no bushings at all.....

What do you all do and is no bushings, just the pins OK...? Thanks

The standard QH pin size is Cat 3, but some companies have made hitches with smaller hooks. I have two QH's, one has Cat 3 hooks and the other has Cat 2 lower hooks with Cat 3 top hook.

You may have a QH with the smaller hooks, or you may be using the knobbed bushings and the hook is trying to fit the knob because the implement frame is too narrow.
