idler pulley removal

any suggestions on removing and replacing a pto idler pulley bearing? It's stuck solid

have you pulled part #100? the C clip?

Is the pulley frozen onto the idler arm pin? Or is the pulley off, and you're trying to replace the bearing inside the pulley?
I don't know your machine, but the last worn out idler pulley I fixed, the replacement pulley and bearing came as a unit.
