I have a kubota and its broken

I have just got a B6000E tractor it has no stickers left to tell me which lever does what. I also need to know what steps to take if I cannot get the transmission into neutral? I have tried all the positions on the shifters and found that if I put the transmittion in reverse the front wheels try to go forward while the back ones try to go in reverse???
Broken???

If its a b6000E then its 2wd and obviously the front wheels won't pull. I have a 4wd b6000. Your lever should be as follows sitting in the seat(There are 4 positions) Fwd left- Reverse, Aft left- 1st & 4th, Aft right- 2nd & 5th, Fwd right- 3rd & 6th. Your PTO is the lever on the left side behind your left foot. On the right side basically behind your calf will be either 1 or 2 levers. 1 lever if you have a 2wd and 2 levers if its 4wd. 4wd disconnect/connect lever is the lower one with 4wd connect being the down position. Upper lever is high/low range. The lever next to the seat on right side is for the 3pt lift. Hope this helps
