Hydraulic Fluid for B7510

Kubota has their recommended hydraulic fluid KUBOTA Universal Dynamic Tractor (UDT) or SUPER UDT2 Fluid which is $150 per 5 gallon bucket. That is reiduclous!

Do we have to to use the recommended hydraulic fluid or can you recommend a hydraulic fluid that is just as good for my B7510HSD 4x4 (Not Hydrostatic Transmission).

A B7510HSD is a hydrostatic transmission tractor. You can use other hydraulic fluid but using Kubota oil is a good way to guarantee that you don’t damage the transmission and hydraulics by using an inferior grade oil.

I think you need to provide the serial Number of the tractor in question so we can tell you what tractor you actually have.
