Looks like I buggered the o ring on one of my couplers, that hose leaks bad now. Is the o ring easily replaced or am I better off just getting a new female end?

Most are a simple fix, it's finding the right O-ring is the problem.

I’ve had to replace one of mine and it irritated me to replace the whole fitting when all it needed was an o-ring. After much searching, this is what I found for Pioneer couplers and it’s worked for me.

1/2” Pioneer: Size 117. Hardness 70A (medium)

3/8” Pioneer: Size 115. Hardness 70A (medium)

1/4” Pioneer: Size 113. Hardness 70A (medium)

Pioneer sizes weren’t intuitive to me. There are numerous size charts online. Example:

Flat face, I have no clue but looks like you’re dealing with Pioneer.

Edit: Should have stated material: Buna-N.

Ok, so they are snaptite 72 fittings and the pioneer o ring doesn't work. It looks like theres a nitrile and a delrin ring stacked on eachother. I'm having a hard time just finding a replacement coupler, let alone gaskets. Could anyone point me in the right direction?

Thank you, the current male looks a little different, it has a cylindrical nipple instead of the conical ones in your link, are they cross compatible? Sorry, truck brakes and power steering are my only previous hydraulic experience so I have no idea on terminology.

Do you mean your couplers have a ball shaped poppet? If so, yes they interchange.
