I have a 3010, and am looking at a used Howard 48" E series rotavotor. Will my 32 HP Kubota have any problems running the Howard? It's a heaver, commercial grade tiller. Thanks

Nope shouldn't, they are well made tillers and you are in the right HP range to run it.
