How to disengage Hydrostat

ZD21 how to disengage the hydrostats for moving machine with no engine running. I have looked thru the manual and find no mention of it.

Oh i remember my neighbor complaining about this a while back.

I thought it was something to do with the control arms. Can't remember though.

I'm sure someone on here will get you pointed in the right direction. Hang in there brother!

I've got the same issue/question on my G2160. I've owned 2 other hydro machines and both had a way to disengage but I cannot find any such way on the G2160

I have the same question, did you find out how to disengage so you can move the mower?

Have you tried putting it in "N" ?

If you depress the #70 pin in on each side, you can roll the mower as long as the Park brake is released.
