i have recently purchased an l39...i am trying to hook up my rotoray cutter to it, but am not able to lower the 3 point hitch to attach the cutter?
Is there some sort of switch or safety valve to raise and lower the 3 point hitch?
Please help..
Thanks

Siting in your seat there is a lever to your right, thats what picks up and lowers the 3pt hitch

I'm not sure about an L39 but on my L185 there is a knob under the seat, between my legs that locks and/or controls the speed of the 3 point hitch.

I was surprised to find out that the 3 pt doesn't power down. It relies on the weight of the implement and gravity. It only powers up.

If you don't have the lock/speed control knob or if it's in the proper position, put some weight on the 3 pt arms and see if that works.
