How Do I Engage 4WD?

I have a new (to me) B6000. Just wondering what the process is to engage the 4wd? I don't have an owners manual for it and don't feel like screwing anything up trying to figure it out on my own. Can anyone help?

very easy, its the lowest short lever on the lower right hand side of the gearbox, to the rear of your inner heal.
i allway despress the clutch breifly then push it down, job done.
