We are trying to hook a 10 ft disc up to our 2004 L48 Kubota. We have take off the back hoe. The disc has 2 hydraulic lines, and we are not sure of the correct way do this or is there a work around?

Thnx

You need hydraulic couplers on the back of your tractor. I'm guessing you don't have them??
You can use the hydraulic line that connects to the backhoe as a pressure source. With the backhoe off, that line should now just be dumping back into the transmission?? You'll need to plumb that line into a new control valve that you'll need to mount in a convenient spot. Then return the output of that valve back to the same spot that your BH line dumps into today. The valve, hoses, fittings and all will most likely run you around $300. You can buy all of it here ---- www.surpluscenter.com.

P.S. I say all this assuming that you have a wheeled disc ---- the hydraulics raise and lower the disc.

As an aside, a 10 ft. disc will be a challenge for a L48 depending on the soil conditions.

The L48 was designed as a TLB with an emphasis on the backhoe portion. Everything is set up to run a backhoe and it does that job very well.

The transmission is not really a farming tractor-type tool. You will see what I mean soon enough. Just take it slow and easy.
