Hinomoto E182- is this a Kubota??

Found a Hinomoto E182 with bushhog for sale. It looks just like a gray market Kubota. It even looks like Kubota Orange. Is this a Kubota and would it be a good buy? I don't want anything that I will have difficulty finding parts/service for. Was thinking if it were a Kubota with a different decal though, it might be worth throwing a cheap price at him. The tractor looks to be in very good condition.

Sorry, not a re-badged Kubota. Hinomoto makes it's own tractors. My dad owned one for a couple of days, but the rear seals were bad, so he took it back to the guy he bought it from. It seemed to run well, but parts availability was not good. We live it Utah, and the closest place for us at the time to get parts was California. I've not seen one that came factory orange, so it was likely repainted.
