My L4060 tractor has been acting up the past few days. I just competed the regen about a week ago. It has been 190 hours since the last oil and filter change with a total of 580 hours on the tractor. I have been having a problem after about 5 minutes of bush hogging where the rpm’s will drop and raise and eventually force the tractor to turn off. Then the battery and oil pressure signals show up on the dash. If I crank it again, it takes longer than normal to turnover but when it does, the signals go away. Then after a few minutes the same thing happens. Anyone know what I should do?

Sounds like a fuel delivery problem. I would check the water separator (and clean the element), replace the fuel filter, and confirm good flow.

Isn't in normal for the battery charging and oil pressure sensor to be on any time the key is on and engine not running? There is no oil pressure so it should be on and the alternator is not charging so it should be on.

How should one interpret "it takes longer than normal to turnover"
1) Meaning the crank speed is slower than usual
2) The starter runs for a longer period before the engine runs on it own.

Contaminated fuel or fuel delivery issues can cause an engine to slow/die along with others. Could be something with the ECU, but without the proper equipment it is just a guessing game.

If you're still covered by the emissions warranty, you might be covered if related to these components.
