heat seals

I'm in the short rows of reassembling the engine in my l3240. I need to know if there is anything special I have to do to install the injector heat seals. Do they need to be pressed into the head on just put in place?

Thanks Wolfman. The dime is on the way. This is my first diesel engine attempt. If it starts and runs, I plan to put it on a trailer and sell it as quickly as I can.
