How much do you weigh ?
I,m 180 lbs, and I find mine soft enough.
Have you checked the air pressure in your tires ? Check the sidewall of both the front and rear tires for recommended pressure. It is surprisingly low.
Maybe they are overinflated, which would give you a harsh ride.
