I'm new to this GR2120. When the weather was better I drove it around getting familiar with it. I looked at the fuel gauge, not familiar with it I was thinking it showing near empty. Put it the garage, came back later and it looked like this. I looked in the filler and it wasn't empty. I hadn't added any fuel but looked like the photo. I have to assume the all read indicates full. These gauges are just a float on an arm. Kinda like a Model A Ford.

yeesh so the orange in the black ring IS the 'indicator'.. kinda looks like a shadow to me....
..hopefully looks a LOT better in person.......

Let me try and clarify.
After I got it off the trailer drove it around, I looked at the gage it was all grey. Made me think it was empty or near empty, next day looked again and it was all orange like the picture. Maybe it was near full and moving it around dislodged the float arm started register the actual level,
Basically the gauge went from nothing all grey to all orange, and all I did was drive it around

well according to the diagram it's a rather simple mechanical device so a little 'shake,rattle and roll' could jam it up. Mayb undo the 2, #210 screws ,remove and inspect it ? Might be a burr or something causing the misreding ?
