OK I have never been so frustrated. GR2110 will not start. Have 12 volts at main wire to starter / SOlenoid I tried to hot start it wont . Pulled the started and solenoid and works fine on the bench . Cheeked the bw wire coming from brake switch to solenoid only have about 2 volts when switched turned to start. Trace my way back pull brake and pto dummy switches both check out fine. Buy new ignition switch install. Have 12 volts going to the switch turn switch to start and at the BY wire going into the PTO switch almost no voltage . I hot wire from the red going to the ignition switch to BY I get 12 volts . SO I check the switch. If I hot wire the switch with 12 volts it transmit s the entire 12 volts to its terminals when the switch is turned to start . SO the switch seems to work. I install the switch turned to start and at then end of the BY where it goes into PTO dummy switch I get about 2 volts or less. Checked all fuses changed out the slow blo fuse looked at harness dont see any breaks or shorts? Totally lost at this point. Bought another switch and same issue ANyone have ay ideas ?

Pull the battery and have it load tested.
A bad battery can have 12volts not under a load and when under a load have 0.
Also check both ends of both battery cables as a bad connection can cause this.

You can pick up a Cen-Tech load tester from Horror Freight for $18. Cheap but I got the same result as the $$$$ one the repair shop used. Only use it maybe once a year but handy to have. Has saved my a couple hundred so far in unnecessary purchases.

Don't even bother doing further troubleshooting until you have the battery issue resolved. Start with the basics (the source) and work your way to the problem not backward from the problem
