Glow plug troubles

Hey Guys:

The last few times I have started my 3010 tractor the glow plug indicator on the dash has remained on even after the tractor has started. Occasionally it will go off, or come back on, and then go off. The tractor starts right up but I don't know if I am damaging anything in the meantime. Could it be the glow plug relay?

Glow plug controller.
I had the same thing and there is an old thread here somewhere.
About $70 for the controller. Easy fix. You have to pull the dash loose to get to it.
