Glow Plug Relay Problem

I need help in figuring out how to remove the dash and cowling on a L4310HST. The glow plugs indicator stays on for 5 minutes after starting the tractor. I talked with the local tech and he said to replace the relay first. Form the research I've done, I can see that it is behind the dash on the right hand side. When I tried to remove the cowling, there seems to be a bolt or clip right in the middle that prevents it from lifting off.

Any help would be appreciated.

[L3010HST]

My L3010 also has that hard to access middle bolt. I used a 1/4in drive ratchet and socket while pulling on the lower side of my cowling (with those screw/bolts removed first) just enough to get up in there to that bolt. It's not easy but it can be done.

One of these days I'll invest in a FSM. There's got to be an easier way that I mentioned. My hands will appreciate that was well next time.
