Can anyone help me with a technical drawing, or explanation of how the cam (K1211-4441-0) and retainer spring (K1122-4444-0) are meant to work and fit together to turn the deck height adjustment? In disassembling my cam rod, cam, etc. I seem to have reassembled it incorrectly as it now won't turn the rod-mounted height adjuster - not sure what I've done wrong! It's in a very fiddly and hard-to-access gap in the steel, lift link support plate.

Hi Joe,

parts diagrams can be useful for that (not sure if I picked rhe right tractor but part number 70 is your part):

Or workshop manuals. kubotabooks.com has a good few of them, you have to select the appropriate picture to get a download list.

Thanks Hugo - yes, those 2 parts (070 & 120) are definitely the 2 I'm struggling with, I'm just not sure how the 2 are meant to fit/sit together as I think I may have misaligned something with all of the fiddling! Anyone know? Thanks.

Ok, I am only guessing, only looking at the parts diagram. 70 is a type of cam with various positions. 120 is a lever where the end should sit on top of those notches of part 70. Diagram does not really show what 120 is bolted too.

Did you get a workshop manual on kubotabooks.com?

Or maybe check the other tractors which have this part built in, their parts diagrams may be clearer to see how everything fits together.

Is it possible that you have to lift the deck to be able to assemble everything? Looks to me it is some form of an end stop where the deck sits on when lowered.

Thanks for your help, Hugo. I already have the WSM for my mower but it's very vague. I'll take your suggestions and fiddle a bit more to see if I can get it working properly.
