Just washing machine in order to do some repairs on the deck like belts and some bearings. Couldn't resist trying to get the engine and hydraulics clean as well. Not 100% sure that is related, but after the wash and heading back to the shop, I move about 10-15 feet on a small incline I lose forward motion. I have no forward, reverse and also cannot lift the deck. My first thought was a simple wet belt was not spinning the hydraulic unit or something. But after drying out over 24 hours I still have the same issue.

Grateful for any ideas as I dig into troubleshooting this one.

Update: More clues - it seems to pump for 1-2 seconds very lightly, then nothing. Even with the wheels lifted I can push the hydro pedal forward or reverse, and the tires jump for a second and then nothing. I can repeat this over and over, and similarly with the deck lift it does seem to give a little fraction of a pump for a fraction of a second but only lifts the deck a tiny amount and gives up.

Well - update: The 76650-22110 Pulley Boss (splined boss that mounts the pulley to the HST input shaft) was stripped! Now it appears to be a discontinued part. So before I start manufacturing a new one - a) does anyone need one or better yet b) any ideas on where to go for a used replacement? I am trying all that show up on google and not having any luck yet.

I see this part number as one that replaces or supersedes the part number you have

H7660-22110 $208.35

If the boss and splines are good, cut off the old pulley and weld on a new one of suitable diameter.

Sorry I wasn't clear. The boss/ID splines are stripped, the pulley is OK. The OD splines are good on the HST shaft, so I am now trying to figure out what other kubota models use the same spline dimensions and I will cut out the splines and bore the boss to put the new splines in. Crazy....... It is about a 16mm OD shaft with 20 teeth. Most people don't stock these so it is difficult to go by trial and error. And no one seems to specify these dimensions of course. My fall back plan is to maybe drill/pin the darn thing back in position. Thank you SideCar Flip!
