Fuse issues please help!!!!

Anyone have a reason why the 10amp relay fuse keeps blowing on my 2006 bx 23? I removed the seat kill switch and no luck . This IS the fuse running the fuel shut off solenoid. I placed a resetting fuse link and it doesnt work either so almost sounds like a direct short. Only does it when it starts. If i place a new fuse in it but dont start it the solenoid will work forever just turning the switch on and off but as soon as it starts it pops that fuse and i have to use my hand to shut tractor off. What else does the fuse run or where does the wire go off this fuse? Ready to put a push pull chake on it to control the shut off manually......

If it pops only when cranking it I would check the starter solenoid wire.
Try dissconnecting it and see if it pops.
You can also use an ohm meter to see if the starter wire is shorted when disconnected.
This will isolate the wire fron the starter.
Check for mouse chewing.

You have a bad stop solenoid, there is 2 coils in it one is the run coil and one is the hold coil, thus every time you start it it blows the fuse. ;)

No.... the BX doesn't use that type of solenoid. On a BX the solenoid is energized through a timer relay only to shut the engine down. At all other times the solenoid isn't energized. The main pto and the HST switch are double switches so the power from the ignition switch to the starter go through one set of contacts on each and the power to the stop relay goes through the other set of contacts, other that close proximity at these switches I can't see how starting it affects the fuse. the power from the fuse also goes through the seat switch, the seat tip-over switch and the rear pto switch, but you are not changing anything there when you start it.. It will be interesting to get this one sorted out!

Pull the timer relay and give it a try, start isolating parts of the circuit to pin point it. Then try opc timer, etc.
If you can isolate the fault trace wire for damage. Disconnect solenoid for start as well.

Any mice in your area, when cranking different or bigger vibrations shaking a rubbed thru cable or chewed thru cable to ground.
Does that one fuse feed the OPC timer, solenoid relay, solenoid, seat switch, PTO switch, HST switch, or is the timer relay/solenoid separate?
Definitely the timer relay fuse blowing, not the seat/hst/opc fuse?
