Fuel Shutoff??

Is there a petcock for shutting off fuel on a B7800? Got a leaky sediment bowl and CANNOT find a way to shut off the fuel!

Many compact tractors (or just earlier models) do not have a shut off valve for the fuel line.

But IF you have a Harbor Freight store (or auto parts store) nearby, most will have fuel line 'Pinch off' pliers.

Provided your fuel line is still flexible, this might be a solution for you. You might also be able to 'add' a small ball valve to shut the fuel off in the future if there is space for it.

You can also take a "vice grip" plier and put something like a piece of cardboard around the rubber fuel line and pinch it to shut off fuel.

I find that putting rubber hose over a long nose vicegrip Pliers is the best fuel line pincher.
