Ok so here we go.... I just adjusted the rear tires the widest setting, and swapped the front tires around so the are set wider as well. Set like this the front track in line with the rears. Just looking at the manual, and it appears that I shouldn't have switched around rims on the front for some reason. Am I going to break something here? Any ideas.

Giving front end a wider stancs does nothing for stability. As the center of axle is a pivot point. What it does in fact do is increase stress on axle end bearings causing premature failure. Save yourself some grief and return front end to its original stance.
Only time i saw this as necessary was a 2wd tractor where the entire axle widened by expanding axle tube.say to clear loader frame.

Hope this helps.

Yup, leave a 4WD alone. You can adjust a 2WD because you are working on spindles and bearings, not gears. As long as the bearings and spindles are rated for it, you can widen the stance out to help with side pressures generated with turning under loader loads. It's not much but it helps a little.
