The front tires are close to shot and when I looked up the size the only thing I could find in the 10 X 16.5 was skid steer tires.
Would my 1999 L4310 have came with skid steer tires and if so what standard type / size of tractor tire can be used. I did not find any standard tractor tires in this size and I would guess because of the 4WD I would need to stay with the same size.
Thanks,

I had trouble finding the manufacturer spec tires for mine. Can't remember the number but I remember the dealer was the only tire supplier for 150mi that I checked that could even get my size. When told there was a 6 week wait to obtain them, I just went with a decimal smaller tire that was available locally. (example: spec called for a xx.1 and I went with an xx.0)

You are correct that you need to stick to something very close to the spec tire on a 4wd. I went with the thought that the back tires had 1000hr of wear on them so going with a slightly smaller front tire would work fine. I also operate in mostly soft sand. Mine worked fine and while operating you can't tell any effect. If I was going to be roading it on asphault I will just make sure I'm operating only in 2wd.

I made the mistake on a 4wd pickup truck one time trying to run an odd size spare......doesn't take much "bucking" to realize "hey bubba, this ain't gonna work".

Skidsteer is another name for the industrial tires. The Kubota QA FEL bucket is also called a skidsteer bucket. If the tire looks like the old one, and has the correct ply rating, it is probably the same tire. Kubota has been using a lot of TITAN tires. Plug your size into their web site, and you should have a bunch of choices.

If you have AG tires, ignore what I've written.
