It was supposed to be a curbside delivery/lift gate.

The guy gets here and can't get under it with his electric pallet jack... he's talking on the phone while he is busting up the small pallet it's on....
I finally yelled at him HEY STOP ! JUST F*CKING STOP !! ..... I'll get the tractor. Don't touch a thing until I get back or it's getting refused.

I get back with the tractor, Hop on the truck and move it by hand to the edge of the truck... He's mumbling.. " you can't be on the truck"
Tough Sh*t pal... I'm on the truck.

jumped down and off I went.

I swear, I have no idea how some of these guys make it through the day...

SAIA Trucking company....

If he's delivering HVAC stuff, HAS to be cousin of the guy that delivers next door. Every week, something skided gets delivered, he takes off skid, props skid against garage wall, leaves. He's been TOLD to TAKE THE SKIDS, 100s of times..... I grab them, cut and burn........ all summer long.

Lazy.
he just doesn't want to unload them when he gets back to the barn.

When I was running boston there was a place that would buy used pallets ... broken or not.
white-$2.00
Blue/CHEP - $5.00

guys at the produce market would sell them daily for lunch money...

you'd also sometimes see a guy behind buildings loading them into his pickup... at 2:00 am

:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::LOL:

You see all kinds of drivers. Many years ago I owned a small hvac distribution company. We purchased batteries directly from union carbide (Everready brand). Most of what we bought were 6 and 12 volt lanten batteries. Our biggest customer for them was a large industrial account who bought them by the skid.
One day I came out to our warehouse dock right after a trucker unkoaded 3 or 4 skids of them.
Because there was something else on the back end of the trailer, he broke down the skids and threw each case over the obstruction onto our dock.

I came out to find a huge mess of broken boxes in a pile with him standing there looking for someone to sign for them.
