Oh boy. After 13 years on this little bit of land, I finally convinced the Ministry of Finance (wife) that the scope of our goals could only be reached with force multiplication, hydraulics, four wheel drive, and carefully chosen implements. For now, we just have a box blade since flail mowers were out of stock. Soon, a quick hitch, mower, pallet forks and post hole digger. No trees here to speak of, just lots of grading, mowing and fencing to be done for now.

Received our LX2610 on 5/26, and already have 8 on it hours between fixing some huge ruts I made in January with my F250 and travel trailer (story for another day, $750 tow bill) and repairing our gravel driveway. Been lurking on this forum while making my tractor choice, and glad to finally introduce myself.

Say there new member as of yesterday myself.....now that's a nice looking setup you got there ....! The home stead looks good as well, I really like mine even if it's not running at the moment, hence why I'm a new member....lol...trying to get some help figuring what the issue is....i think it's fuel issues idk , but I'd say keep up the maintenance on your rig and it should last you as long as you need it too..

Congratulations!

Hopefully the new Kubota does all of that and prevents any more tow bills on your own place. That’s got to hurt.

Thanks all! Just having this thing around is a game changer. Besides the obvious dirt work I bought it for, there are tons of little things I used to do manually that I find myself grabbing the tractor for. Moving livestock panels, mucking, carrying tools, etc. Looking forward to both learning and contributing here.

And yes @GrizBota - hurting my wallet and pride at the same time is a humbling experience!

If you like to keep your equipment clean, a battery powered blower is very handy to clean off the tractor after any dusty adventure. I blow mine off after mowing. So I rarely have to actually wash it to keep it clean. With my L, it does get some early season brush hogging use, which along the fences rows can mean some mud, so washing is the best solution then.

Nice new tractor and welcome to OTT. those are the last pics we should see if that bucket looking so clean and new lol Blower might work for dust as mentioned but shouldn’t really be a substitute or alternative to cleaning it. A hands on clean from time to time or when it’s needed is a great way to keep an eye on things you might not see when quickly going over it with a pressure washer or leave blower. Not uncommon to find a loose bolt or nut on a new tractor.
Have fun and be safe.

A nice hand wash gets you up close and personal the same way doing your own maintenance does. You might spot a concern before it gets expensive.
