Purchased a 2011 L3200 HST with 155 hours on it.
Outside of taking it off the trailer i didn't drive it much because it had the factory filters on it.
Changed all the fluids and filters.
I have included a picture of the filter. There was a lot of of metal shavings in the suction filter.
I'm worried that there is more metal floating around the HST system that the filter couldn't pick up.
Should I replace the suction filter again after a few more hours to see if anything else gets caught?
If I do that with the HST system at capacity fluid level will a lot of fluid start pouring out?
Finally I'm completely new to HST systems. Mine sounds very whinny when I'm driving...is that normal?
