Fill plug? / RTV x1100c - on engine - near oil fill plug

Hi folks - there's a fill plug on my 2014 RTV x1100c that is impossible to get to without removing a bunch of "stuff" (sorry for the high tech jargon). I haven't found info about it either.

It is near the oil fill plug and is also labelled "oil" (I think). While standing on the right side of engine (with cargo bed raised of course), it is to the right of the oil fill plug and tucked under where the engine goes into the cab area. Naturally, I am posting without photos... me bad. Anyone know what this is for? thanks -josh

Thanks to The Google, I think there are two oil fill plugs as these engines are used in a variety of equipment. It would be nice if this info was in the dox.

This is a photo of my RTV1140CPX Engine.
The bottom arrow points to the front of the RTV
The other arrows point to where you can add engine oil.
The lower fill just happens to be closer to the injector pump.
