I have a 1987 B7200 HST with 350 hours on it. I'm wondering why with the loader I can lift the front wheels off the ground with ease at idle rpm however, if I raise the rpm just a little the front end goes up only little before the hydraulic screech sound? Even with rpm's set at 2000, the front end barely clears the ground before the screech. When I purchased it, I changed out every fluid and filter on it. The hydraulic fluid is perfect. You should invest in a hydraulic pressure gauge and fitting like the one in the Photo. Cost would be about $35 at any hydraulic shop.
With this gauge you can see exactly what is going on.
You would connect it temporarily into any quick connect and see how your pressure relief valve responds at low and full revs.
My suspicion is that at low revs and hence low hydraulic flow, the pressure relief valve may just be on the verge of opening whereas at high revs the valve is able to respond quickly and keep the pressure lower than it would at an idle. A couple of hundred psi can make a big difference in the strength of the loader.

I agree with Dave eng. We could guess what's going on and solve nothing. A pressure test will tell you some real answers.
If you don't want to do it yourself might be worth your time to take it to a shop and have the test done. Either way you'll have a good starting point.
