F3060 HST / PTO trouble

Hello everyone,
I'm from germany and have a problem with my F3060 front mower hydro tranny.
The first 5-10 minutes when mowing everything works perfect. Then the driving power reduces and I get the typical hydro whining. And now it's becoming strange-if I disengage the PTO the driving power comes back and the whining noise reduces.
If the transmision oil is cold, the hitch lifts in engine idle speed, if it gets warm I have to speed up the rpm. Could the tranny problem have something to do with the hydaulic pump (used for lifting and steering)? Is the hydrompump feeding the HST?
It has nothing to do with the engine power-engine operates perfect and doesn't lose rpm.

Yes the main Hydraulic pump having a problem will effect the HST pump, They work together on that model.
When was the last time you did a fluid and filter change?
There is 2 filters on that model, a pickup tube filter screen and a spin on filter, if either is getting restricted then that will cause all your problems, also check any rubber hose connections and O-tings on the suction side as they too can cause it to suck air and same issues.
If all of these look good then you are down to a bad hydraulic pump, you can do a pressure check to verify.

I replaced the spin on filter and the hydraulik fluid already. The pickup tube filter screen was clogged by kind of sludge. By cleaning it the problem was not solved.
I think I'll check the rubber hoses and finaly have to replace the hydraulic pump.....
Is there also a posibility of an internal leakage in the PTO cluch valve so that the hydraulik pressure can not built up?

The pto lever won’t move on my f3060 anyone have suggestions to fix this problem??
