G,day

Wondering if possible ? Run hydraulic attachment as well as front flail.Hydraulic Swing arm side cutter needs 2000 psi @ 30 litres a min.looking to atach to side of flail to get cut offset needed.
how would you go about . ?

ok so get convo ball rolling.
Not sure what auxiliary hydraulic specs are ?
Dealer to get back to me?
Until then. If not enough juice.
Ideally could source 1 to 1 Tee gear box.
Replace the 90 degree one on flail. Now with extra male on opposite side to drive.
Mount a hydraulic pump, to marry up to rpm and flow wanted.
plumb it up to rotary cutter....open centre remote up on cab.........Fab up hydraulic tank and oil cooler mount
on back somewhere like above where counter weights .

if cant do Tee gear box because of cover / mounting restriction size etc?
Look to see on pully wheel side straight through shaft , then mount pump there?

Just saying you have an F unit is not enough information, please give the exact model #.

Hooking up an extra pump to run a high volume drive might be too much demand for the engine or the drive.
Will need model of unit to break down further.

Well ok, havnt got one as yet ,
Working on proposal .Mowing solar farm.
Because restrictions and scope etc ... Because of hp and turn circle compact compared to same hp in tractor .

In oz Model is F3690 out front mower 36hp .
Asuming the hydraulics are just electric over hydraulic / for front lift ...
Something like a porta power pack ran off battery ..wouldnt be for prolonged use.

Only going this path as , no real offset on front mount flails , to get under low side of panels( roughly 520mm to 580mm from ground / could be less if ground undulates. ) + offset gets machine and operation away from edge of panels...
Looking @ trimax flail deck( because of issue throwinrg rocks out smakin panels from rotary cut deck . prob being is jockey wheel .
Is about 530mm because of shaft height .
They recomend 155 cut to that machine ( they got a 180 flail , they dont recomend for kubota. 36 hp

Just goin g off there eeze mow rear 3 point stats , ( because there no hp list for flail deck )
155 = to min 20hp
Given stats of hp to hp @ pto on other machines ... There a loss of 23.6 % .
36 hp gross is now .. 27.5 hp @ pto ?
Asuming apply same formula to flail min . ( add 23.6%)
= 24.75 hp run comfortably?
Remainder 2.75hp not enough to run the smallest round
Hydraulic side cutter ... Is by way ( 500mm cut) 940 psi 30 ltrs a min would require by my calcs 4.4 hp
If there varible for flail min + 10 %
Giv me = 22hp flail = 27.5 - 22 = 5.5hp
Loss hp through hydraulic pumps varry 15 to 30%
If use same 23.6 % loss ... Then giv me 4.2 hp ...
Might scrape it in? To run 500mm side cutter?

Or
Drop down to 135 cut
And use stats from eeze mow trimax .for flail deck?
17 hp min 10 % varible = 19 hp( rounded up)
27.5 hp -19 = 8.5hp
Hydraulic pump loss@ 23.6 % ?
= 6.5hp
Side cutter ( 600mm) 1169 psi @ 30 litres a min by my calcs =5.5 hp to run.

Get really wacked out . mad max mobile .. Gahaha
Trimax dude said about eeze mow on small compact .
Hes got customers running 155 cut on 25hp sub compacts.
Gives me 250 offset and 400 high .deck ? Might work .. @ only 250mm from edge panels .. Not much there to slightly tuck under get growth line ( sorta right under edge of panels where water/ moisture come off. ..let alone little deeper , not reall much growth because always shaded? Could be wrong , havnt seen all areas .directly under edge panel . 1.2mtr bak to centre post in middle that holds panels . @ 24 degree pitch . aprox 2.4 overall span / 1.2 either side of middle .
So looked @ bx2670 sub compact ..
Ok where going ....
@ 25 litres per min hyd . not gunna run these cutters .
But @ pto 19 herbs gives me something to play with ... ( besides me johny thomas .... Haha.
850 side cutter . fab'd up frame get me under and away .
On board remotes get me some in / n out . ( finer details to nut out . ( if could get micro flail / hyd motor driven ... Consider . ( all good shit made in europe ? ) dunno about sourcing in australia?
Mount power pack back , weight ofset with cutter ofset thingy front.
Wouldnt be worried about mow inbetween panels ( by the way is 3.2 to 3.6 mtrs , but some entry/ exit points got a box thingy in isles .. Reduce back to 2.2 mtr ... Drive in or out .. That why sorta thinkin ... Around 1.8 cut .. Up and back giv aprox 3.6 cut?
in between cut seperate run with flail ... Not ideal .. Could work..
Or ... To get more twisted ..
Oil cooler abd box front... Side cutter midish mounted...
One of those atv self propeled flails adapted to back hitch so can raise going through man made drains / did i forget to mention those too? Thats why turn circle etc .. Some wint get through and spin around in isle .. Aproach opposite side.
