I'm to cheap to buy one of these but am wondering if anyone here is using one of them if so what tractor and what attachment are you using it with?

first time ive ever seen this, looking at the lock pin looks kinda weak for a braking pto. ive been around tractors my whole life, the only time i've ever struggled with a PTO shaft coupler is when someone hasn't taken care of it.
