We just bought a 2011 KX121-3 with 4000 hours on it. Had the local Kabota dealer do a inspection on it and it all checked out. Got it to the job site and had to walk it up,a dirt road for about 30 min. I started noticing the right track was slower in the steepest parts and at points would want to stop completely. Got it on site and did a basic test of lifting the tractor off the ground. The blade easily lifts the tracks off but the boom can’t even start to lift the tracks off. I’m thinking that when we first started the tractor it was stronger, but as the oil heated up it lost hydraulic power. Really bummed about this and hope the members can steer us in the right direction as what we should be looking at. Thanks for any suggestions.

First get the WSM (aka Service Manual).
It will give you more info on the hydraulic system.

The issue with the track is most likely a worn / failing drive motor, but it could be feed for it too.

The issue with the boom and power sound more like a relief valve issue, but could also be a failing pump.

In all cases you going to need to check pressures at different points, so hopefully the WSM will tell you what and where to test it.

Weak boom could be a bad cylinder. I had a small Cat once and the fluid would bypass on the inside but never leaked a drop external.

The track could need adjusting. My Bobcat was doing that when I first bought it. I took the floor out and adjusted the linkage for the travel pedals. It fixed mine but I think I got lucky.

Like Wolfman said if you plan to work on it yourself a WSM will be money well spent.
