I certainly have not been reimbursed for the grapple I ordered in Oct 23 and they never delivered. I only found out they were back in business when they sent me an add trying to sell me more stuff. I highly encourage everyone to NOT do business with them until they have, at the very least, repaid all those they have defrauded.

ALH, I saw on another forum the company is making implements and getting them delivered. They accept payment when the item is ready to ship. Also mentioned is they are trying to get all the paid for items that were not shipped produced and sent to past customers.
I have no first hand experience with the company, but I would suggest you call them and make them aware of your order, payment and no delivery. I think their records were maybe taken for court procedures, don't really know, but it would sure be worth a phone call. Good luck.
Why ego? I bought something and when a vendor doesnt respond it is bad business. Not an ego i think anyone you would want a response when you purchased something for a decent amouht of money.
They screwed too many customers over once and will do it again. I understand there's still people out there that haven't been squared up with.

I speculate that you are speculating and have no factual information like all the rest of the people who keep throwing gasoline on the Everything Attachment debacle. If you have proof, then please tell us where that proof can be found, otherwise, please retract your statement.

They screwed me over and I won't get bit again! I bought and paid for a nearly $3000 grapple and they ghosted me. Shut the doors and didn't answer their phones or reply to email. I finally had to get my credit card and state involved to EVENTUALLY get my money refunded so I could purchase from www.homesteadimplements.com and couldn't be happier.
Good luck. I hope an American based manufacturer can keep their head above water. Steel prices are going to make these goodies A LOT more expensive.

Same as Joe_2224 Never responded to my calls. That goodness I was able to dispute and win on my credit card. The paying ahead starts the clock on time one can dispute so I am glad I saw other post prior. I agree they looked to have good product and a following but the pay in advance and wait is not best method.
Bankruptcies are often nothing more than glorified stealing. No company should ever be allowed to reorganize and start over until past debts and obligations are paid off. An air conditioning contractor was paid hundreds of thousands of dollars to install equipment in our church. He filed bankruptcy leaving suppliers and subcontractors unpaid. Within a year he opened a new business and started driving a new truck,sporting a big cowboy hat and young girlfriends.
Isn't that what happened to GM, they filed for bankrupcy but kept their name. People couldn't file any law suits against them because it was the old GM.
But the union thugs kept their pension while the GM stock in my personal retirement account was lost.

It's the game if game is what it's called. The "game" allows people to go through live without taking full responsibility for their actions. How many repeat criminal offenders can you name that paid attorneys for defending them? Were I to start life over with knowledge I've gained in this one, a priority would be creating a straw man.
Maybe Ted is planning to run for politics…all he needs is 6 more bankruptcies and 2 more divorces under his belt.
I saw two of my customers go 'bankrupt'. One hauled all the 'good stuff' including a huge inventory picker out on a long weekend, setup shop 3 miles down the road. At least I got my money owed from the trustee... 2nd one, same SCAM. Big rig mechanical shop(frame to paint), 'magically' started up 6 miles away, name slightly changed. They owed 255 unsecured creditors plus 3 banks. I got my equipment and got paid to be an 'overseer' ! That's the 3 'outside' people who OK what bills the trustee pays. Every phone call put $50 into MY bank account !
