engine start then shuts off

i have a kubota v2203 engine on my generator. When you go to start it cool after preheating the engine start and come up to rpm then shuts off, it will restart right back up and run fine,but my auto start will not restart after it shuts off you have to do it manuel. I thank its getting air in the injector?????????
