Just throwing this information out there in hopes it might help someone in the future.
My 2019 M7060 with cab wouldn't start this morning and was displaying ENG NG.
I wasn't able to find a whole lot of info on the code (did find a couple threads on here which helped point me in the right direction) but I did learn that it had to do with communication between the Engine ECU and the Tractor ECU.
Ultimately, the problem ended up being the connector at the tractor ECU. It was connected but had come unseated. Reseated connector and it started right up.
Things I learned:
-Tractor ECU (with cab) is located inside the cab under the panel on driver's right side towards the back of the cab.
-Engine ECU is located at the front of the engine compartment and mounted on top of the air filter. Four 10mm bolts hold the cover in place. Very easy access and very easy to check connections.
-Fuse panel (below steering wheel) has two fuses related to the ECU units. Check those to be sure no corrosion and fuses are good.
-The panel that covers the tractor ECU is a bit of a chore to remove in sub-zero temps........biggest thing for me was realizing that the loader control can be easily removed and tilted forward out of the way. There's two 12mm bolts under the cover (that covers the base of the loader control) that can be removed to tilt the whole control assembly forward and out of the way.
Maybe this is all common knowledge, but I know I spent far more time figuring out where these ECU's were and how to access them than I did actually troubleshooting the problem.
