Hi I have the bh77 backhoe on my l3901

Ive been trying to purge water out of the hydraulic system on the tractor but the backhoe was disconnected over the winter and I'd like to drain as much as I can before I hook it back up

Are the bolts pictured supposed to be drain ports for hydraulic fluid? I imagine there must be a way to drain without connecting to the tractor, yes?

Here’s the relevant page from the BH77 WSM, if it helps. I would think whatever fluid is sitting in your cylinders right now far and away exceeds whatever you might get from messing with that valve stack.

No those are not drains, there are no drains.
The BH does not have any reservoir capacity.

In order to move any fluid in the cylinders you need to hook it up to the tractors system.
