I just had a L245DT given to me ,,, cleaned the fuel tank , new filter, changed the oil, new battery, tryed to bleed the lines to the injectors,, No luck,, I tryed a shot of starting fluid , as it was rolling over ,, not even a pop.... What should I do???? Ed

Make sure the compression release on the valve cover isn't stuck and that there aren't any obstructions in the air intake anywhere (like a mouse nest). Make sure that the fuel shutoff on the tank is FULLY open.
Make sure the fuel shutoff on the injector pump is in the run position.
Bleed the pump before trying to start? Sure you did it correctly?

The motor should've fired with ether, but it isn't good for it at all.

Glow plugs might be an issue, but it should at least try to start even without them (he's in Florida).
