Does this m8540 have EGR?

I’m looking at a used Kubota M8540N SN 84197. Owner says it's from 2011.


I'd like to avoid Tier 3 or 4 emissions. TractorData looks like it has an EGR, but I'd like to confirm if it does or not.

I'm not located near the tractor. Is there a way to ID it from the Serial Number? Is there an engine faceplate that would say definitively?
