I wanted to piggy back off the glasses on line post. Has anyone bought a prescription diving mask? There are quite a few out there and it seems that it would be worth $60 to be able to see good while snorkeling, we go on cruises now and then and our main activity is snorkeling when we do. This is the one I am leaning toward:

No experience buying one. However, keep in mind that the water itself results in objects appearing 25% closer and 25% bigger. That's a fair bit of 'correction' right there. Of course, that is gone as soon as you lift your face out of the water.

I know someone who popped the lenses from his old glasses and glued them inside his diving mask, would be an old script, but close enough. Not sure on what glue he used either.

I use glue-in lenses from Aqua-Optics Trident but they are for reading my dive computer and they help to see my camera screen. Work great for that.
