Many years ago I had on oversized shepard male the local k9 squad wanted to buy. I kept him and on a regular basis a neighbors little girl (like the one on the picture) would ring the doorbell to ask if Kemo could come out to play. They would spend the afternoon running and playing - still miss him.

This post caused me to look up the difference between a possum and an opossum. Most significant difference seems to be a possum has a furry tail, and an opossum has a naked tail (furless). Just what everyone needs to know, right??? Now if I can just remember this tomorrow….

Edit: Seems like raccoons work better for the purpose stated in the previous post than opossums here in Western PA.

The simple answer is that Possums and Coons live in the South, eat Grits, and recognize a joke when they see it.

I've seen similar for sale. They often say "ran when parked".
