On my BX, I just cut the bolts off flush with the top of the nuts.

Of course, it depends on what type of materials you handle with the bucket, as some materials might get hung up on the bolts, but dirt, gravel and snow, not so much.

Should I cut these off or let them stick up??
Those are lock washers and 3/8 - 16 nuts? I'd sub out the standard nuts , replace with low profile nylon insert nuts AND then cut them off! ;)

I tapped the wear edge and ran the bolts in from the top. After things were tightened down, I ground the bolts off flush with the bottom of the bar. The bolt heads don't stick up very far.

All-Metal stop nuts (instead of nylon) would be my preference if you don’t simply cut them off flush and (stir-weld) them (flush.)
