After about 7 years of owing my B2650 it would start creeping. A fellow on this site explained how to rectify it. That lasted about 4 months. Since then I had to keep adjusting the neutral position randomly.
I asked the local dealer about it. He suggested buying $206 upgraded system. So I did and installed it about a week ago. Since then pedal is not normal. Pedal reverse is a slow forward drive and pedal forward is a fast reverse .
I took it the floor pan off today and there is no way I see to screw up the mechanical linkage. I took the pedal linkage off again and operated the direction valve manually thinking it may be out of position, but it moves only about 45 degrees (internal stops).
So do any experts here have any suggestions. I am baffled. I hate to haul it to the dealer.

If you have a lot of forward and not a lot of reverse then it really sounds like you did something wrong on the install.
Care to share kit number or part number for the upgrade, and pictures always help.

I can send you the Instruction Manual if your interested.

There is not much to screw up. Two levers and a solid rod joining the two.

Is it possible that the hydraulic valve that controls direction has got out of sink? That would explain the change in direction between the pedal and the tractor direction. I just do not how to check that,

I contacted the local Kubota dealer and she told me the computer need to be reloaded. I have the wiring schematic. There is nothing that the computer controls but the ignition via the "neutral safety switch"
