Country line auger

I can get a country auger with a Six inch nine inch and twelve inch attachment for $600.00 is this a good Quality product ? is this a fair price? Will it work well with my b2601 ? I am new and just got a b2601 so if I***8217;m asking wrong just straighten me out.

The county line units are fine, they are just light weight, light use units.
Unless your setting steel posts in clay or good tight rock free soil the 6" won't do you much good.
The 9" and 12" work better.
If your ground has a lot of rock then either size is going to be a work out for a B.
You have to be careful not to just screw it into the ground.

I'd say that's a good price. I don't have their brand phd but have bought some of their augers to use on mine. They've worked fine and the good thing is TSC normally keeps plenty of wear parts in stock.
