Coolant line block heaters

I would like to know a part number or where I can purchase and inline coolant line block heater for an L260 1970s Kubota tractor?!! This tractor is the most cold hearted tractor ever. If I pull start it it runs great afterwards but starting it regular is almost impossible.

Have you checked to see if your glow plugs are good and whether they're getting power?

Measure the outside of the lower radiator hose and give me that dimension.

1 5/8 outer, 1 3/8 inner

They are new and yes we have power to them
